At Regalo Cubano, every item is custom-made with care and Cuban pride. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we maintain the following return policy:

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• The wrong item was received

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Personalized/customized items without defects

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days after review.

Replacement Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may send a replacement at no additional cost.
