At RegaloCubano, every item is made to order with care and Cuban pride. Because our products are produced specifically for each order, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• The wrong item was received

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Personalized/customized items without defects

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Replacement Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may send a replacement at no additional cost.
